This unique position combines hands-on dough production with logistical support. You’ll spend part of your day working in our commissary, preparing and managing dough according to precise recipes and standards. The other part of your day will be spent delivering dough to our partner locations, ensuring timely and safe transport.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily dough production, including scaling and shaping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Safely package and load dough for delivery
- Drive and deliver dough to designated locations on schedule
- Communicate with team members to coordinate production and delivery timelines
- Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production, baking, or kitchen work preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong time management and reliability
- Passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork
