Are you a motivated tow truck driver looking for a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Janeway Towing is seeking qualified Class A Heavy Duty Drivers and Class C Light/Medium Duty Drivers to join our team! If you have some towing experience and are willing to work 10 hour a day shifts, some weekends and nights during the month, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Class A or Class C driver’s license
Towing experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty tow trucks to assist with vehicle recovery and transportation.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to assess and address vehicle issues, such as checking your truck each day before your shift.
- Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling vehicle towing and recovery operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate towing activities efficiently.
Summary
As a Light, Medium & Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks to provide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. With core skills in driving and tow truck operations, you will efficiently transport vehicles to designated locations. Your premium skills in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge will enable you to troubleshoot and address vehicle issues effectively. Possessing a CDL A or Non-CDL Class C license, along with relevant skills in customer service and load & unload, you will play a vital role in ensuring the prompt and professional handling of towing requests.
