Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Personnel management including training, scheduling and direction of work activity. Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees; as well as discipline and performance evaluation decisions of existing employees.
Creating and managing schedules to ensure productive payroll.
Utilize Orion to maximize the efficiency of the delivery routes.
Communicate inventory shortages to management and all affected parties.
Upon receipt of all deliveries, items received shall be entered into the computer accurately and promptly. All returns must be accounted for and processed in a timely manner to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Receipts are to be organized, batched and approved daily.
2 years management experience or equivalent CJ’s warehouse experience required
Supply chain/warehouse experience preferred
Must be insurable by our carrier: Age 21 years or older, Valid drivers’ license (non CDL) for at least 3 years, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation
Be able to handle prolonged standing and walking; lifting up to 50lbs.
Be able to work 45 – 50 hours/week.
Management is responsible for opening and closing of warehouse during operating hours.
Be able to handle stressful situations and work in a fast pace environment.
Have analytical skills to interpret reports and information and develop strategies.
Have extensive verbal communication required for customer and associate relations.
