This position will provide a variety of administrative and insurance support services. This is a great opportunity to learn about Employee Benefits!Specific responsibilities include:
Providing support to supervisor and other Account Executives
Processing add/term requests and new business
Executing plan changes with carriers
Responding to service inquires
Assisting with benefit and cost comparison spreadsheets
Assisting with the renewal process
Following up with carriers and/or brokers to obtain outstanding information
Updating internal reporting systems and BenefitPoint

At least 1 year of prior office experience
4 year college degree a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior experience or proficiency with QuickBooks
Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania Life & Health License
