Completes required annual medication training, per state requirements. Completes company required medication training modules. Provide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident’s care plan. Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards. Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of services to residents. Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned, including care tasks/assignments as needed and delegated.
