As an Estimator for our Solar Innovations brand, you will help bring customers visions to life by creating detailed pricing proposals and drawings. We will provide hands-on training and mentorship so you can grow your technical expertise in AutoCAD and estimating while collaborating with internal and external teams. As part of our Solar Innovations team, you’ll gain experience that will grow your career while becoming a go-to product expert for our customers and Sales Team.Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule reporting to Pine Grove, PA facility Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This is not a remote position.Salary: $44,000 - $55,000 + bonus & full benefits packageWhat you will be doing:Create detailed proposals, estimates, and CAD drawings that bring custom structures, doors, and window projects to lifeAchieve daily and weekly quoting goals that keep projects on track and ensure customers receive timely solutionsPartner with the Sales Team to support customers and contribute to Solar Innovations’ overall sales goalsReview and prepare commercial bids by analyzing project requirements, completing take-offs, and providing accurate estimates for Spec Projects generated from construction lead websitesCollaborate closely with internal Engineers, Drafters, and Project Managers to gather project details and deliver accurate quotes on timeGuide and support Sales Representatives when additional information is needed for quote documentationManage quote timelines by meeting expected due dates and balancing accuracy with efficiencyCommunicate with outside vendors and suppliers to request information or supplier pricing in a timely manner
