Bookkeeper wanted for small manufacturing company in Blawnox.
Knowledge of General Accounting Practices, Quickbooks Manufacturing Version, Job Costing, and Excel Preferred.
Duties would include A/P, A/R, Monthly reconciliations, WIP and Completed Contracts done on a monthly basis.
Cash Flow Spreadsheets and Backlog Reports.
Inputting and posting Biweekly Payroll processed thru Paychex Quarterly PATH reporting
