Elteq Management Co., Inc. Part time Accountant
We are a small business seeking a part-time bookkeeper/manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software, possess excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, must be able to work independently and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and in good repair.
Must be available 4 hours a day.
Available for events that occur with customers within our parking garage.
Works directly with the Controller and Director of Operations.
Maintain accurate records of daily/weekly/monthly transactions.
Collect cash from parking equipment and make bank deposits.
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and enforce parking policies and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer friendly with upbeat demeanor.
Previous accounting experience preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable.
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Quick learner and willing to be trained.
Working Conditions:
The part time will work primarily in an indoor/outdoor garage environment.
Salary:
The salary for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications.
