Hiring a Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager needed immediately.

Responsibilities
Stevenson, Williams Management Company located in the Mt. Lebanon/Scott Township area is searching for someone fantastic to join our team. An Assistant Property Manager is needed to help manage the day to day needs of several Condominium Communities in and around the Pittsburgh area. This is a face paced job supporting the property managers with room to move up into the role of Property Manager. Must have an ability to work with maintenance teams and contractors. Ability to work independently and speak with Boards of Condominiums. Property evaluations and seach for violations while walking and/or driving throughout the different communities.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Knowledge and Skills
The right person should have experience in the field of property management or customer service. Dealing with customers is a large part of this job. Must have great problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle many things at one time. Must be an upbeat and positive person.
