Steubenville Pike Auto operates an auto repair shop, auto body shop and used car facility on 5 acres in the heart of Robinson Township. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire an additional Customer Service Professional to help us work with our customers regarding their auto service needs. This position will interact with customers at all 3 of our departments at Steubenville Pike Auto (Repair, Body, Sales)
Qualifications
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills - both written and verbal
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in automobile dealership, parts store or independent repair facility (preferred, not required)
General knowledge of vehicle operations
Professional appearance
Valid driver's license in good standing
Ability to lift and move objects weighing 10 - 25 lbs
Ability to drive cars and trucks
Responsibilities
Greet customers and clearly write the general nature of automotive needs
Notify customers of other repairs or maintenance identified by technician
Provide customers with estimates of repairs and anticipated time of completion
Verify method of payment
Maintain the optimum Customer Satisfaction
Administer appropriate warranties
Test drive vehicles as necessary
Notify customers when repairs are completed
Assist in the presentation and sales of used vehicles
Coordinate with auto insurance companies regarding insurance claims
