scheduling & confirming showings
posting apartment availability
screening potential tenants
sending electronic leases
Qualifications
Ability to pass a very thorough credit and background check
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of Pittsburgh’s East End neighborhoods
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prompt, personable, and attentive to details
Understanding of Microsoft Office

PTO based on average hours and length of employment
Flexible scheduling
Your primary role will be to show apartments during our busy season from February to August. Office hours may also be available for slower days / seasons.
This is not a commission-based position. We don’t ever want a tenant to be “sold” an apartment or pressured into renting with us.
