Granite counter top company in Pittsburgh looking for a Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist walk in customers
Answer Phones
Read customers kitchen layout
Input the layout into the quote program to provide an estimate
Schedule measurements and installations
Assist with daily paper filing/faxing/printing
Assist with contractor quotes
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
A strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of basic Math and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
Must be able to work Saturday's 9am-3pm. Week day hours are 9am-6pm.
