Qualifications:
CDA or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education
Must be able to pass a background clearance on the following
Child Abuse Clearance; Criminal Background Clearance; FBI Fingerprint Clearance; NSOR clearance; Physical; TB test
First Aid/CPR/Fire Safety training; Basic Health and Safety Training; Mandated Reporting Training
Strong knowledge of educational techniques for teaching young children
Responsibilities:
Assisting in supervising all children in your classroom.
Creating and maintaining a PA keys profile.
Creating lesson plans with PA Learning Standards
Providing a Star 4 education to the students in your classroom
Attending required trainings as needed for PA Keys and DHS
Attend monthly staff meetings.
