Accounting/Finance ProfessionalThe incumbent is responsible for the Pre-Award Sponsored Project and special project proposal submission for the Center. The incumbent will serve as a contact for pre-award activities and for preparation and submission of all financial data and documentation related to the submission of a wide variety of externally funded grants and sub-award agreements. Will work independently with Center investigators and staff to apply federal, foundation, and University guidelines, policies, and procedures for funding submissions. This position will also assist with the Vincent system for the Center, manage archiving process to clear older files from office space, and other administrative tasks determined by UCSUR leadership.Prior University experience in the management of research funds or other University accounts is preferred. Associates degree in relevant field such as accounting or business management or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant account administration experience.
