Acting as the lead, interfacing between clients and our Deloitte teams.

Helping to create testing solutions to meet our clients business needs.

Leading the testing of custom technology solutions.

Quality Engineering Senior Consultants should have the following qualifications and experience:Required

Experience:

6+ years of experience on SAP projects

4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

2+ years hands-on experience defining the testing strategy for large-scale programs; ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle

At least 1 S/4HANA upgrade project and one brownfield/greenfield project

Methodologies & Processes:

Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology for implementing and testing S/4HANA.

Exposure to SAP modules - E2E processes across Order To Cash (OTC), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), etc.

Coordination & Reporting:

Experience coordinating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies

Experience generating test reports with findings and recommendations for varying audiences

Supervision & Management:

2 - 4 years supervising test case creation, execution, and defect management, tracking, and resolution for onshore and offshore testing teams

Tools & Automation:

Experience with at least 2 Test and Defect Management tools - MicroFocus, ALM, JIRA

Experience with the following: MicroFocus UFT, Rational Tooling, and Open Source Automation Tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, PostMan, RESTAssured, Mockito

Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Travel & Education:

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred

Testing Strategies & Automation:

Awareness of testing strategies, test automation, test data maintenance, integration testing, large volume testing

Experience in establishing requirement traceability matrix for SAP ERP processes through tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest

Experience with automation tools like UIPath, Worksoft Certify and Tricentis Tosca

Understanding of Fiori role-based testing, awareness of performance testing strategies

Experience with Agile and test management tools for managing S/4HANA testing

Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions

Familiarity with performance testing tools specific to SAP environments, like LoadRunner

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $198,375.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, the individual, and organizational performance.
