As a leading wealth manager, BNY Wealth Management is focused on helping successful individuals and their families build, manage and sustain their wealth across generations and market cycles. We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Premier Docs to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Partner with Premier Client Solutions project managers to complete the required documentation for each engagement.

Responsible for the pre-filling of required client documents for each engagement prior to client signature; sending the documents to clients for signature; and tracking the completion of all documentation sent out.

Client-facing communication involved with the sending and execution of client documentation.

Responsible for system data entries, key data element entries associated with each document, and KYC / AML information submissions.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

2 - 3 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred, experience in contract administration is a plus.
