The content specialist assists in the development and implementation of content for all tactics, inclusive but not limited to print collateral, catalogs, event marketing, email, digital and web.

The associate content specialist requires collaborating with other content specialists to complete project assigned authoring / coding tasks on time and with quality and also function as a quality assurance overflow and backup resource.

Completes assigned tasks to assist other content specialists, content strategists, visual designers, copywriters, and technical to:

Procure content and assets required for digital tactic production.

Code HTML, CSS, and SQL; utilizes Adobe CQ template logic, and other code required to build tactic landing pages.

Add, edit, and publish digital assets in the CMS, such as text, photos, videos, social media feeds, metadata, tags, sidebar content, forms, and other assets.

Identify opportunities for enhancements and problem-solving efficiencies within website experience and internal processes.

Utilizing wireframing tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Axure, to prototype marketing landing pages.

Assist Senior Quality Assurance Specialist as an overflow and backup resource for QA tasks.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree – Marketing, Content/Communication, English, Journalism or similar with 2-3 years of experience in editorial, coding or development.

Must have knowledge of HTML and content management systems; experience with Adobe CQ a plus.

Experience creating and working with wireframes helpful.

Knowledge of file naming SEO standards helpful.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite.

Working knowledge of graphic design, UX, or information architecture helpful.

Solid organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving and detail-oriented approach; experience with scientific content a plus.

Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively under pressure and balance speed and quality.

Responds well and stays positive to constructive feedback and creative change requests.
