Eight (8) years of experience must include: Analyzing and creating business models and logical specifications from user requirements to develop solutions for virtualization environments including VDI, Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop), and VMware; Executing functional test plans, validating test results, and documenting the process and data analysis; Submitting and performing RFC\'s for VDI upkeep; Using Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) to validate using an automated proof checker program and delivering scheduled reports to end clients; Reviewing the configuration and security settings within the databases of financial systems including SQL Servers; Developing and implementing PowerShell scripts for environment monitoring and enhancements; Verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs; and Implementing and maintaining Application Delivery Controllers including NetScaler VPX and MPX, SDX. We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Development Support to join our Issuer Services, Corporate Trust Controls team. This role will be a hybrid model position (3 days a week in office), and can sit out of the Jacksonville, FL - OR - Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Global Specialist\'s primary responsibility is to thoroughly review new business and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately within the prescribed time-frame
Perform onboarding document updates
Cultivate and conduct staff training and act as the LoB spokesperson
Enhance system testing and tracking, and champion for new initiatives and system upgrades
Act as GS business representative for new enterprise initiatives
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Undergraduate degree is highly preferred
2 years\' work experience within a Financial Institution
Expertise in creating and presenting to large groups
Excellent organizational skills, being proactive, and meticulously detail-oriented

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join the team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of our Houston, TX - OR - Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio\'s compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Supports clients in addressing operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information.
Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities; while Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination
2-4 years of work experience in Financial Services
Experience in client services and/or and operational area is desired
