Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for handling the team and take decision and have client facing experience

Install, configure, and maintain Cohesity and NetBackup systems to meet business requirements

Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments

Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance

Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support

Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure

Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience with Cohesity and NetBackup platforms

Possible occasional travel to Memphis

HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in DELL EMC Data Domain

Knowledge on Data domain Administration

Knowledge on VMware Administration
