Description We are offering a contract to hire position as a Financial Analyst in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (South Hills Area). The Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and developing financial models and dashboards. This is a hybrid position where you will interact closely with various departments to ensure financial forecasting and reporting aligns with the organizational goals.Responsibilities: Utilizing large data sets, setup KPI's and build out budgeting models Analyze subscription revenue, client profitability, and cost allocations to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports to guide management in strategic decision-making. Develop and optimize financial models and dashboards in Power BI to offer real-time insights into key performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting. Assist in the budgeting process, aligning it with organizational objectives. Engage in cost accounting activities, scrutinizing costs associated with products or services. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, pinpointing variances and trends. Maintain organized documentation of financial processes and reports for auditing purposes. Conduct regulatory reporting to guarantee compliance with financial regulations.
