Monday - Thursday (10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
Client Diagnosis: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Hearing/Mobility/Vision Impairment, Cancer - Bladder, Lung & Pancreas, DiabetesNOTE: Client does exit seek and needs to be redirected. Client does get upset and is combative at times if approached abruptly.IMPORTANT: MUST have experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia due to level of client needs.Duties may include but not limited to:
Cooking and Light Housekeeping
Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
Grocery Shopping
Companionship
Range of Motion Exercises
Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
Driving to Appointments and Errands
Walking and Transfer Assistance
Medication Reminders
ADL's
Ambulation
Change Depends
Transportation - MUST HAVE VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT CLIENT TO DOCTORS APPT.
Caregiver Requirements:
At least 1 year experience
2 Step TB Test
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting
Covid-19 Vaccination
