Convey a sense of gaucho-style hospitality while serving and interacting with guests. Provide an authentic churrasqueiro dining experience reminiscent of family events in rural Southern Brazil. Educate guests about the 17 unique cuts of meat and about gaucho culinary and cultural traditions. Cook and serve skewer/meats while balancing and integrating culinary and performance aspects with tableside carving service to customers in a high-volume churrascaria. Use cutlery safety at all times. Set pace of cooking and serving rhythm for afternoon and evening dining shifts. Monitor the overall team presentation to ensure authenticity and customer service.
