Production Services Application Support Engineer

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Production Services Application Support Engineer to join our Production Services - Middle Office platformteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for managing overall availability, reliability, and defect prevention.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve service disruptions
Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solution
Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solution.
Conduct root cause analysis for complex production issues
Reviews and evaluates project plans and objectives to ensure they meet system needs.
Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment
Create and maintain support documentation and procedures
Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments
Contributes to the achievement of area objectives
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required,
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Have knowledge and/or prior experience supporting Middle office Trade processing and their trade flow.
Reconcile and validate trade capture and day trading activity in timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with front office and other support teams, locally and globally, to address trade related enquiries and issues.
Analytic and data driven experience in supporting applications part of the Trade Lifecycle
Experience in deployment and strong debugging skills in Docker
Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues.
Experience with Ruby, Java, .NET framework applications
Experience with postgress databases and writing complex SQL queries.
Experience with monitoring tools a plus - Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana or related solutions
Familiarity with ITIL Service Management.
Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
Prioritize and handle service requests, incidents, change management and problem tickets.

We\'re seeking a future team member in the role of Mainframe Communication Engineer to join our Technology Services Group.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Support mainframe communications environment.
Support VTAM and TCP/IP.
Working onbTCP/IP stack.
Use z/OSMF and Policy Agent to properly secure the mainframe systems.
Support of third party vendor software used which interface with communications with Connect:Direct & SFTP for data transmissions.
CA-Spool for printing and CA-TPX for session manager.
Interface with the corporate network teams to manage and enhance the mainframe communication connectivity.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
College/Technical Degree with 8-10 years\' technical experience with increasing responsibilities and knowledge and expertise.
