The CPG Training Manager is a member of the Compliance, Privacy and Governance (CPG) operations team and is responsible for developing and delivering initial and on-going compliance related training programs to drive a continued positive ethical culture at ZOLL.Essential FunctionsDesign, update and implement new hire compliance training and advanced training programs both live and through the Workday Platform.Develop training curriculum to be used internally and external based on a "blended learning" approach, which could include web-based e-learning, classroom, webcasts, conference calls, face-to-face, written material one-on-one coaching and/or video.Ensure strategic alignment of the Compliance and Privacy training with business goals.Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs.Optimize training processes for efficiency.Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training.Support change management training initiatives.Required/Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredFocus on learning and development; instructional design; or related fieldsMinimum of four years of experience related to designing and implementing a compliance program with-in a business, or other complementary job experience requiredA demonstrated track record in training, program development and/or learning managementPrevious experience with learning management systems is required, Workday is strongly preferredExperience in the Healthcare industry - Device, Pharma or Biotech is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms.Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective reports, policies etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated and results driven.Ability to work in a matrixed organization, across cultures and functions with all levels of the organization.Instinct to detect risk areas and red flags.Solution-minded; desire to solve problems.Ability to prioritize according to risk and make quick decisions with appropriate independence.Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.Project management skills.
