Description We are looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to start a project within the month of March. This position is a remote call center role which is onboarded directly from your home. All calls are outbound, and the purpose of the call is to make sure shareholders received their voting material for the Stockholder Meeting. If they’d like to vote, we transfer to the voting agent. If they need materials, we will send them out.This position is $16.00/hr and is a contract assignment. Laptops will be sent out to you to use. Hours: Monday -Friday: 10-7If you are interested, please only apply! Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
