Description We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a 3-day File Clerk position in Downtown Pittsburgh. We are looking to have someone start March Your expertise in filing, scanning, and document management could be a valuable asset to our organization. No free parking. Business casual attire. Position Details:Duration: 3+ daysHours: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Location: Pittsburgh, PAResponsibilities:Filing documents accurately and efficientlyScanning and saving documents into our digital systemShredding confidential documents in compliance with company policiesHandling confidential documents Requirements:Prior experience in filing, preferably in an office settingProficiency in scanning and saving documents digitallyAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdobe proficiency Requirements - Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Familiar with handling office equipment
Scanning experience desired
At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred
