We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance 2-HVAC/Service Tech to join our team at UPMC Montefiore. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Responsibilities:
Maintain/prepare job site/shop.
Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers.
Minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices and fan coils.
Clean coils and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.
Military experience considered. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Driver's License
