Recruiting for this role end on 8/12/2024.Work you'll doPossesses a deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, and commercial contracting principles. Demonstrates expert proficiency in managing personal portfolio and advising account teams on contracts administration matters. Serves as a business advisor to account teams on all facets of Federal contract administration activities and handles complex/strategic high value contractual matters that have a direct impact on Firm revenue generation and retention. Practices independent judgment and analysis of significant issues and identifies resolutions. Provides advisory level contracts support to account leadership that shapes and strengthens win strategies on Federal engagements. Perform strategic contract negotiations and ensure completion of various contract projects.Reviews and analyzes contracts matters to ensure that they are understood and to inform team strategy. Compiles and analyzes contract related data; and maintains historical information and documentation. Ability to communicate with peers, internal leadership, and clients effectively and persuasively.

Guides and coordinates proposal and award activities for assigned contracts. Ability to provide guidance to internal teams, including the enabling area teams, relating to all phases of the contract lifecycle.

Independently conducts reviews of complex contract actions in all phases of the contract life cycle - develops and implements tactical action plans to address risks and opportunities.

Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the contracts administration for assigned portfolio.

Develops skillset and knowledge to serve as a domain expert on selected areas related to federal contracts and acquisition Serves as the group SME for a selected acquisition/Contracting Topic

Monitors assigned contracts portfolios (to include pipeline and contract performance) to identify risk areas and opportunities to maximize revenue creation and retention.

Manages individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines and completes accurate internal and external client deliverables.

Collaborates with other enabling areas to address complex contracts administration and proposal challenges.

Accurately and timely performs contract data entry into various systems and monitors data updates. Resolves discrepancies related to contract documents and ensures data quality and accuracy.

Tracks and communicates the keys issues and status of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements.

Completes negotiations of complex and/or non-standard contracts and agreements.

Actively shares lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing within team and larger organization.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired:

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong consultative and communication skills

Command knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations

Ability to operate in a demanding executive level environment

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teams

8+ years of relevant work experience

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple contract types (e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, FFP) and solicitation types (e.g. FAR Parts 8, 15, and 16)

Bachelor's Degree

Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

Experience supporting the Federal clients

Masters Certificate

Advanced Degree

NCMA: CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
