GPSC CSS Vendor Risk and Compliance Analyst

The Contingent Staffing Solutions (CSS) Group provides alternative staffing support focused on "future of work" solutions from forecasting to execution across all sectors of Deloitte's Federal Practice. The CSS Group combines Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) support with Independent Contractor capabilities to augment Deloitte's traditional subcontractor staffing (pre and/or post award).The GPS Vendor Risk and Compliance Team (VRCT) is a team within CSS. VRCT is a localized service offering that manages and tracks third-party entries in the TPRM Gateway for GPS engagements throughout the contract lifecycle.Recruiting for this role will end on 8/1/2024Work You'll DoMaintain awareness of requirements and status associated with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) records. Manage personal portfolio and maintain TPRM compliance for all active GPS subcontract and prime entities. Independently compile and analyze TPRM related data; and maintain historical information and documentation. Immediate responsibilities/expectations after training period would be:

Collaborate with GPS engagement teams, procurement specialists and third parties to enter records in TPRM Gateway

Check DESC system for restricted entities information before entering records in TPRM Gateway

Enter engagement and third-party data into appropriate forms, databases, and systems. Check for existence, accuracy, and completeness of electronic documents related to TPRM clearance. Manages to establish data entry timelines.

Participate in data audits and interact with other analysts, administrators and managers to ensure entry is accurate and other enabling organizations to ensure data is understood.

Conduct periodic follow-ups with the respective risk groups, third parties and engagement teams to move the process to closure for each TPRM entry.

Document TPRM approval/exception entry against each PO line item in applicable system.

Conduct renewal of TPRM records throughout the life cycle of the subcontract/prime contract entities.

Maintain TPRM data accuracy of GPS third parties in TPRM Gateway and promptly withdraw/terminate third party records at the end of period of performance.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as identified/required.

The CSS Vendor Risk and Compliance Team (VRCT) has members across the US and India maintaining TPRM compliance for all active GPS subcontract and prime entities.QualificationsRequired:

Minimum 1-year relevant professional experience

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & TEAMs

Ability to use technology tools available to research issues.

Bachelor's degree.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
