Minimum 1-5 years field experience

Associate Degree or Technical School Degree in HVAC

Electrical and mechanical aptitude, knowledge, diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem analysis and problem solving skills

Strong customer service orientation and engagement skills focusing on customer needs, empathy towards customers, understanding problems from the customer's perspective, able to comfort difficult customers

Passion for doing detailed and quality work-Great internal and external communications skills

Professional and tactful demeanor and manner

Able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work on roofs and work in outside weather conditions

Willing to accommodate to the J.A. Sauer way as to problem solving, troubleshooting and customer relations

Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
