We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Infant Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met in a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, including feeding, changing, and soothing.
Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with infants in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred, but not required.
Several clearances are required, as well as First Aid and CPR certification. We will help you to obtain these if you do not already have them.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in infant care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
