Reports to:Managing Director Vendor Equipment Finance Sales and MarketingPosition Overview:

This role primarily involves supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficient execution of vendor equipment finance transactions. The key focus is on delivering outstanding customer service to vendors, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Collaboration with the external sales team, credit analysts, and other internal stakeholders is essential to ensure smooth coordination and the timely completion of transactions.Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborates closely with external sales representatives to monitor and assist with existing leads and potential clients. Plays a key role in preparing and presenting financing proposals and quotations to these prospective clients. Contributes to maintaining a continuous flow of sales proposals from the initial stage through to the final funding phase in the pipeline.Efficiently manages the documentation process as a vital component of this role. Organizes and manages client records and paperwork, ensuring that all documentation is gathered, comprehensive, and accurate, with up-to-date and relevant information. Precision in submitting information to processing is a key responsibility of this role.The Inside Vendor Sales Support Specialist functions as the main point of contact for clients throughout the financing process. Their responsibilities include handling client inquiries and offering updates on the status of financing applications as they progress through each stage of the process.Provides operational support which entails managing the logistical aspects of equipment financing transactions. The Inside Vendor Sales Support Specialist collaborates with different departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to facilitate the entire process. This involves addressing any operational or administrative issues that may arise during transactions. Streamlines operations to contribute to an enhanced customer and vendor experience.

  • RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for a Radiology Support Specialist I to join our team. As a Radiologist Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to healthcare facilities (clients), patients and all internal and external customers. Radiology Support Specialist (RSS) are responsible for receiving, reviewing and verifying information, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and performing database queries to optimize radiologist workflow to meet expected turnaround times (TAT\'s) and client service level agreements/expectations (SLA\'s). This is a Full-time position, four weekdays per week with rotating weekends; This is a overnight shift with hours between 7:30 PM and 04:00 AM. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Delivers exceptional patient care and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Efficient drafting of X-Ray reports and verification of required cross-sectional images. Remediate exceptions and outstanding/past due items on worklist. Works closely with Radiologists, clients, and peers to identify and resolve issues. Executes critical findings and super-stat process with 100% documentation to meet TAT expectations. Fulfills job duties in a high volume, fast-paced environment and meets productivity target. Utilizes technology to verify accuracy and availability of information. Obtains required patient information in an efficient and timely manner to meet TAT and SLA expectations. Owns and resolves issues to move things to the next step in process. Establishes strong rapport with all clients, team members and physicians. Develops professional and healthy working relationships with others.
