Bachelor Degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience managing projects in an IT environment required.
Minimum of five years of experience in Information Technology project management required.
Experience working as Scrum Master on medium to large complex agile projects required.
Experience with major agile ceremonies and processes, including backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives required.
Project management experience through the entire project life cycle required.
Experience working with outside consulting partners preferred.
Experience with cloud based or data analytics projects preferred.
Experience working and integrating as part of a larger team within a long-term strategic or transformative program preferred.
PMP or agile certification, or demonstrated evidence towards certification preferred.
Experience working in asset management preferred.
Experience with agile management tools such as Rally, Jira or Azure DevOps preferred.
Experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as Primavera or Planview preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple medium to large complex projects through the entire project life cycle using primarily Scrum methodology.
Act as liaison with vendors, partners and clients.
Work with the project sponsor, program manager, product owner, consulting partners and other stakeholders to ensure backlogs and sprint plans accurately reflects desired business outcomes.
