Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:APPLY TODAY!ABOUT THE ROLELocated on the South Side of Pittsburgh , the Residential Treatment Facility for Adults is a licensed, 16-bed temporary treatment program for adults. Our Licensed Clinicians provide recovery-oriented support to individuals with serious mental illness that are transitioning from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization before reintegrating back to community living situations. We are looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide the people we serve.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for people who are professional, flexible, compassionate, and can remain composed in stressful situations. In any given day you will facilitate/document therapeutic groups, provide limited transportation of residents to community settings, and interact with family members. Candidates should have good computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication.This is a team-based position. Your dependability, integrity, empathy for people served and your colleagues, and dedication to teamwork are essential to this position.Full Time Positon: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (37.5 hour work week)Required:Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field with one (1) year, two (2) preferred, of clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.

Current Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist.

Act 34 - Criminal Record Check

Act 114 - FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
