The Logistics Sales Support Equipment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by processing orders and ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.Your days will be filled with:

Handle the processing of all orders for Solutions Consultants with accuracy and timeliness. This includes all new hire Solutions Consultant orders

Complete the Solutions Consultant order in all ERP and Sales Systems

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials, including maintaining inventory and coordinating with suppliers, internal and external

Deployment of all Solutions Consultant devices

Receive Solutions Consultant inventory into all ERP and Sales Systems, this includes all devices and IT equipment

Handle all Quality Assurance around Solutions Consultant Devices, this includes reporting any bugs to the R&D teams and handling any device recalls

Manage and process all Solutions Consultant Device Repairs

Managing of Solutions Consultant inventory through first shipment until Solutions Consultants termination of employment

Manage all Solution Consultant New Product launches

Manage the tracking and distribution of end of sales/life products

Manage the financial requirements for all end-of-life products. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports as needed

Manage the reassignment of retired equipment

Manage the integration of Solutions Consultants Inventory manually to the Ascent Rentals ERP program

Other duties as assignedQualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:

High School diploma

2-4 years related experience

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Experience in equipment management or a related field

Good written and oral communication skills

Interpersonal and teaming skillsSkills needed to be successful in this position:

Familiarity and experience in utilizing databases

Previous technical or computer experience

MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Ability to work well in a team and independently. Ability to follow manufacturing and work instructions

Manual and finger dexterity

Able to feel and reach with arms and hands

Essential Functions: Serve a group of diverse customers at counters by providing information on products or services Assist customers with product selection and application Share information as it relates to the SYD credit policy, various delivery options, in-house services, and training events Provide feedback on accurate product availability and delivery information Make recommendations for stock items or customer service stock based on branch sales/customer inquiries Maintain a neat, organized, and clean appearance throughout the counter area. Keep shelves, bins, and pegs stocked and properly labeled Be informed and Maintain current vendor/manufacturer promotional materials, displays, banners, sales collateral, and sales reference tools through counter area Responsible for oversight of products on bid and/or sales orders, including but not limited to purchasing from vendors and/or manufacturers, resolve customer problems, communicate lead times, ensure delivery of order, and process credits Work directly with vendors to obtain special pricing, when applicable. Grow sales and gross margin Utilize vendor websites for product searches, pricing, availability and cut sheets.
