Post Market Surveillance Data Engineer

Post-Market Surveillance Data Engineer- Enterprise Informatics (U.S. Hub Based location)The PMS Data Engineer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating quality data throughout the organization as it relates to Enterprise Informatics products. They are responsible for developing statistical methods to monitor Post Market Surveillance (PMS) data, manage trending processes, and improve process capability. The PMS Data Engineer also establishes statistical tools to analyze data, automates data analysis methods, and prepares reports for internal teams.Your role:

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and disseminate quality data throughout the organization. Develop statistical methods to monitor Post Market Surveillance data, manage post-market surveillance, and improve process capability.

Establish statistical tools to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement; Automate data analysis methods.

Reporting:

Provide reports using visualization methods to standardize reporting. Perform meantime between failures (MTBF) data analytics for product reliability decisions.

Work with Key Performance Indicator owners to ensure accurate data reported to leadership team.

Additional Duties

Maintain knowledge of regulations and standards related to Complaint Handling and Risk Management. Participate in Corrective/Preventive Action program and Internal/External Audits.

Assure data integrity with appropriate verification and validation activities.

Develop and deliver training materials on statistical-based trending methods. Meet Departmental, Corporate, and Project Objectives.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience as a data analyst/statistician in a similar capacity. You have a proven ability to take independent action to initiate process improvement. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Your skills include knowledge and experience with the following program languages: Python, .Net, SQL, C#, and SSSRS reports. Familiarity with the following tools and frameworks is preferred: Agile, Power BI, Tomcat, Tableau, Oracle, Salesforce, LMS by ComplianceWire.

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
