Job DescriptionPricing Analyst IIHow you will make an impact:The US Pricing Operations team supports the CCG division (both RSD and HMD). Our function provides oversight and support for our fast-paced, innovative US sales teams. This role is responsible for monitoring rebate renewals/expirations for negative financial impact to the business and contacting suppliers where needed, acting on rebate opportunities identified through various tools/reports, and being the point person that assists the commercial team to make informed decisions regarding rebates.What you will do:

Work with identified suppliers for securing new/improved rebates

Drive discussions with sales reps to set the strategy for supplier discussions

Lead discussions with our supplier representatives and consistently monitor/follow-up on opportunities

Track and maintain the results for all opportunities

Develop SOPs on how to optimally achieve reduced cost

Support the development and refinement of tools, policies, and procedures that improve existing rebate performance

Perform ad hoc data analysis to support rebate and other pricing analysis

Provide demonstrations on our rebate tools to the sales/finance teams as needed and be the team’s main point of contact for rebate questions

How you will get here:Education

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field

Experience

2+ years of relevant working experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent digital literacy specifically Excel, Access, and Power Point

Strong communication and influencing skills

Ability to sort through large data sets

Builds appropriate rapport and uses diplomacy and tact

Organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
