If so, then consider the role of Product Marketing Manager at Omnicell.We seek a Product Marketing professional to develop and execute marketing programs for Omnicell’s SaaS and Platform solutions that will impact our target audiences. You’ll drive growth, client satisfaction, and client performance by bringing to life the value, differentiation, proof points and successful outcomes reached with our services to customers and industry influencers. We want to meet enthusiastic candidates with the organizational skills to partner with product, sales, marketing, and our client services teams and shape the product story.Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan throughout the product lifecycle, which highlights the value Omnicell's services deliver to our customer base, including the release of new capabilities and innovations

Unearth insights into customer needs and market opportunities by actively engaging with sales and customer success teams, presenting to clients, and working with Sr. Product Marketers to embed these insights within product narratives and stories

Produce slide decks and other artifacts and events that describe the product's ability to meet client needs, solve market problems, and/or fulfill aspirations

Empower our client-facing teams by creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials that include case studies, presentations, battle cards, sales training materials, and managing referenceable accounts

Supports the planning of events like tradeshows, user groups, etc.

Monitor competitive activity – both direct and indirect – and adjust, update, or refine the value proposition to further differentiate our products and services.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Strong creative skills, ability to design and create compelling sales and marketing collateral

Knowledge or background marketing SaaS solutions/subscription models

Ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organization, including product management, sales, and operations

Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be accountable for results

Passion for transforming the healthcare experience, both for healthcare professionals and patients

Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office and Adobe

Outstanding communication; strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Skilled in project management

A knack for problem-solving

A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and colleagues

Customer-service orientation

Attention to detail, with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years’ experience in a product marketing, marketing, sales or product management role within healthcare, technology, or medical devices

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or other advanced degrees

Human Centered Design practitioner

Work Conditions:

Travel requirements: up to 25%
