Your ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary resident relations contact across a 6 property residential portfolioHandle all tenant communications — lease inquiries, maintenance issues, complaints, etc. — with professionalism and urgencyManage the full eviction process from notice through court proceedings in compliance with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant lawConduct move-in and move-out inspections and maintain accurate unit condition recordsAssist in tenant screening—applications, background checks, income verification, and referencesCoordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of work ordersMonitor delinquencies and follow up on late rent paymentsMaintain accurate records in property management softwareSupport senior management on special projects and new property onboarding as our portfolio grows What We Are Looking For3+ years of property management or residential real estate experience preferredWorking knowledge of Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law and the eviction processStrong written and verbal communication skills — you will be the face of Aishel to our tenantsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities simultaneouslyCalm under pressure — tenant relations requires patience, professionalism, and problem-solvingProficiency with property management software (RentManager)Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportationA genuine interest in real estate and long-term growth in the industry
