Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:Project Management: Project manage all CAPA activities from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective execution.Issue Identification and Assessment: Identify and assess issues, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.CAPA Data Review: Review CAPA data sources and assist with root cause analysis and quality problem-solving.Root Cause Analysis: Participate in and/or lead root cause analysis activities to identify the underlying causes of issues.CAPA Record Quality: Ensure the quality and completeness of CAPA records.Audit and Review Board Representation: Support and prepare spokespersons in representing CAPAs during audits and CAPA Review Board meetings.Timely CAPA Engineering Tasks: Perform timely, detailed CAPA engineering tasks like assessing issue descriptions and reviewing CAPA data sources.Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of CAPA processes and procedures.Ensuring Products Meet Standards: Ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process from issue identification to closure and ensure adequate execution of the process and the quality of CAPA record content. You will be part of our Quality & Regulatory organization.Requirements:CAPA process knowledge (Life Sciences & Defense).Strong with Solution designing, Tech Presales, should have executed the project, hands on.Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, DMAIC).Audit readiness and compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, AS9100, GMP, EU MDR).Quality management systems (Track Wise, Master Control, Agile PLM).Security and confidentiality compliance (DFARS, ITAR, GDP).CAPA, Quality Assurance, Quality Management.Proficiency in change management & continuous improvement framework.

  • Sr Analyst - Financial - 13697   DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY The Sr Analyst - Financial will support the Corporate organization in the following areas: asset acquisition and utilization; cost management and control; financial budgeting and forecasting; and other financial projects. This role will include a high level of interaction with all business unit financial staff and Corporate senior leadership. The Sr Analyst - Financial delivers action plans to resolve issues while managing projects through to completion.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluates and supports optimization of business investment in assets and working capital to support Corporate cash management and long-term growth initiatives. This includes preparation of business cases in support of appropriation requests. Identifies and presents financial issues in an actionable and understandable format to financial and executive teams. Develops, assesses, and recommends modifications to accounting processes and reporting structure relative to Corporate functions. Development and publication of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics for Corporate initiatives Coordinates internal meetings to ensure that Corporate leaders are periodically informed of spending compared to budget expectations Supports strategic planning and budgeting to ensure a high quality financial and overall evaluation. Supports other Corporate projects with financial and project management as required. Develops reports as requested by business leadership. Additional duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Business or related field Advanced degree (MBA, Master\'s) preferred 5+ years of previous Financial Analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Experienced user of SAP and related reporting applications (e.g, BPC, BI) Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
