As the Recruiting Operations Manager, you will focus on end-to-end enablement, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role will develop and execute recruiting programs, tools, systems, processes, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will enhance our ability to attract top talent through streamlined operations and have excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

Recruitment Process Management:Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Develop and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and guidelines for recruiters and coordinators to follow throughout the recruitment life cycle.Drive the creation and maintenance of Recruiting SOP documentation, knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence), and data/reporting structures to ensure efficiency,Monitor stakeholder engagement with the process and implement solutions to improve the hiring team and candidate experienceChampion the optimization of Recruiting Coordinator workflows and interviewer capacity

Technology Implementation and Management:Administer and onboard recruitment technology solutions such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and assessment tools.Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of recruitment systems to meet the organization's needs and enhance user experience.Provide training and support to recruiters, third party recruiting process outsource support, and hiring managers on the effective use of recruitment technology and tools.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:Manage relationships with external vendors, including job boards, background check providers, and other service providers.Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.Continuously evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for optimization or alternative solutions.

Compliance and Regulatory Management:Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.Partner with legal and compliance teams to develop an implement processes and procedures for managing candidate data, background checks, and other regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on recruitment operations and performance to key stakeholders.

What you'll bring:Bachelor's degreeProven experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations, with demonstrated success in process optimization and technology implementation.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.Proficiency in recruitment technology platforms, ATS systems, and HRIS software.Prior experience working in data analytics, data visualization, dashboards, KPIs & metrics reporting.Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and selection.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.#LI-Hybrid
