RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Senior Business Analyst on a contract only basis.
Summary:
The Remote Senior Business Analyst will be tasked with working alongside the client and the customer service managers to understand their reporting and data extraction requirements, as well as build a plan to integrate custom client reporting requirements to a larger reporting and data lake platform initiative.
Additional tasks include:
Liaison between Data Analysts who create custom reports for specific clients and product management teams that shape long-term reporting and data lake platforms
Senior Business Analyst will create a thorough documentation of requirements
Build prototypes and conduct UX research and UI testing with end-users
Document process workflow and assist with solution design
Participates in testing the product before it is released
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will assist in triaging escalated system defects and/or providing clarification on defects and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve them
Enable implementation and support teams to implement and support new reports
Develop data models and requirements for data mapping and data loading processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software business analyst for Business Analyst position and 5 years of experience for a Senior Business Analysis position
Possesses excellent communication, organizational and observational skills
Proficient problem-solving skills
Must be goal-oriented
Work well as a member of a team
Experience with data management, data analysis
Familiarity with databases and SQL
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable working with minimum direction
Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and other programs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare experience preferred
