We measure our success by the 360° value we create for our clients, each other, our shareholders, partners and communities.As a member of the Sales Tax professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in the Sales Tax Compliance area to support Lodging Tax Department business objectives. The Sales and Property Tax Senior Analyst reports to the Manager of Sales Tax Compliance and completes complex accounting and compliance tasks associated with the client’s required sales and occupancy tax compliance for assigned properties within assigned states. The position is also responsible for maintaining an accurate compliance environment, researching the taxability of transactions as needed and ensuring that all deliverables are completed timely and accurately. The Sales and Property Tax Senior Analyst is the primary point of contact for the client on tax matters for assigned states. Please note that this is a remote role. Individuals must sit within 90 miles of an Accenture corporate office. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting (F&A)

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Math and/or Statistics)

CPA

Experience with US Sales Tax

Experience with tax research tools, Microsoft products, CorpTax, Quickbase and other accounting systems

Ability to manage projects and work independently to resolve day to day Sales Tax compliance and accounting issues
