Sales, National Business Leader – Mobile Surgery - Image Guided Therapy (TX, IL, PA, NY, FL, GA, NC)

As the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) National Business Leader for Mobile Surgery (MoS), you will take ownership of setting the strategy and subsequent execution of driving overall cross-functional IGT MoS Solutions across the entire North America Region.Your role:

Interface with existing and prospective Philips healthcare customers to co-create innovative new solutions and close large-scale deals.

Help position Philips as the partner of choice to solve critical challenges faced in today’s dynamic and ever-changing healthcare market.

Lead all go to market activities, business planning, and strategic downstream activities for this space. This includes both sales, system implementation, and managing existing installed base customers

Lead a team of up to 4 Zone Business Leaders and indirectly manage our 3rd party channel partners across North America, and our inside sales and Demo teams as well. Actively drive performance, talent management, daily management, problem solving for the overall organization

National role focusing on travel to: TX, IL, PA, NY, FL, GA, NC

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience with leading others, consulting, product management/strategy/product marketing either in the healthcare information system or medical device space, including experience working in a regulated environment

Your skills include: extensive experience in negotiating and deal closing with customers and third-party organizations; influence of senior level leaders (internally and externally); robust knowledge of clinical workflows on a departmental and clinical level

You have a Bachelor’s degree; preferred Master’s degree

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $297,500 – $420,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
