Responsible for Digital applications/products Pyramid Consulting Group has a Pittsburgh client with an immediate need for Sr and Jr Scrum Masters. Will work with 2 Crews to include 10 - 15 members consisting of onshore/offshore Developers/Testers, Agile B.A.s and Product Owners/Managers.
The client is looking for the following background and experience:
Must have experience with Jira and/or Version 1 for backlogging and grooming
Must have heavy Agile user story creation, velocity, retrospectives, acceptance criteria and scrum ceremony experience
Must have a leader type personality and command ownership of Product i.e. all features and functionality
Responsible for process improvement and creating process improvement work flow diagrams with Visio
Responsible for leading, running and scheduling daily Scrum ceremonies, stand ups and grooming sessions
Agile experience - Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
Various levels available.
