We\'re seeking future team members for our Senior Associate, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client with KYC Prep team, with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as the last line of accuracy assurance for client reports. Conducts a thorough quality review of basic client reports to ensure all information in the policy is accurately reflected in the profile.
Reviews complex client reports to ensure all information in the policy is accurately reflected in the profile. Reviews profiles that have been flagged for escalation during the profile renewal process.
Amends client profiles when appropriate.
Maintains a current understanding of global issues, risks and events that could affect a clients risk level. Identifies and updates profiles when appropriate.
Communicates with internal stakeholders and external clients in order to resolve any issues, as needed. No direct reports.
May provide guidance to less experienced staff. Contributes to the achievement of team goals.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud or law preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Client and Engagement Acceptance to join our Client and Engagement Acceptance Transformation Enablement organization.
Responsibilities:
Establish strong professional relationships with central team members through meetings or interactions
Engage with stakeholders with respect to delivery, service line agreements (SLAs), escalating expedited requests
Use databases effectively which includes corporate registries, company websites, regulatory websites, stock exchanges, litigation databases, and news aggregators
Assess, analyze, and document the Know Your Client screening results; work on complex and enhanced due diligence requests, ensuring quality
Perform quality reviews for other analysts
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience with minimum two years of recent experience in client/third party risk assessments and/or anti money laundering
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
Intermediate understanding of adverse/negative media, Politically Exposed Persons or other similar designations, jurisdiction risk and industry risk; thorough understanding of high-risk or sanctioned countries (Know Your Client activities)
Ability to execute due diligence requests and display decisiveness in resolving grey areas; able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Able to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members

Drive account operations strategy and communication; work with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements; project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes; oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing; set up and oversee Contractor Labor Programs

Understand the client Master Services Agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW) templates and rate card(s); manage response to and ensure compliance with MSA requirements (GDPR, IPP, Web Controls); supervise responses to client requests, audits, and risk assessments; work with account leadership to stay current on any changes to the MSA and understand operational implications for SOW templates and rates; communicate operational changes to the team
Oversee responses to member firm inquiries; supervise Sentinel approval tracking and tree maintenance
Interface with client vendor management, sourcing, and procurement leads; maintain relationship with client procurement function to optimize contract processing times; provide oversight and direction to account onshore and offshore resources, ensuring continuous process improvement, and increased efficiency
Manage new account team onboarding, collaboration platform maintenance and assist with onboarding collateral creation; ensure business continuity of the account processes and resources
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as, Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations; minimum two years of recent experience with people management
Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master\'s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred
Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize multiple tasks and apply proactive and creative approach leveraging firm tools and resources; In-depth understanding of different business functions and ability to engage, as needed; capability to assess end-to-end processes, identify gaps, propose solutions, and oversee implementation
Profound presentation skills with ability to summarize and analyze large data sets for leadership review
