Assist clients with addressing enterprise wide compliance, including compliance risk management programs, third party compliance reviews, privacy/customer information security, fair lending, the Reinvestment Act, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and the Unfair Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP)

Help enhance the development and implementation of new compliance protocols as new regulations emerge and laws change

Develop and sustain strong relationships with client personnel

Assist with the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings and present them in a clear, logical, and concise manner

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate:

Supervise and mentor associates, new hires, and interns on engagements

Serve as a liaison between clients and upper management

Identify and communicate technical matters to both clients and upper management

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of experience in regulatory compliance as a bank compliance manager and/or officer, compliance auditor, regulatory counsel, or at a federal banking agency, with professional designations such as CRCM or commissioned examiner preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations associated with this consumer regulatory compliance practice

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing workloads

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel may be up to 80-100%

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:

A minimum of three years of related consumer compliance regulatory work experience

Previous supervisory experience

Well-established understanding of business dynamics and operations by understanding consumer compliance issue
