Write user stories for API development including creation of swagger files
Create functional flows or sequence diagrams
Supports and facilitates scrum team in various functions by fostering agile values and practices
Handle traditional project management duties including: scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, and risk/issue management.
Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
Experience using Jira, VersionOne, Visio Functional Experience - FS, Banking, ATM
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of Business Requirements Analysis
A minimum of two years of experience with retail/small business banking
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Process Design
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
