The Pittsburgh team is a center of excellence focusing on infrastructure projects such as water treatment, wastewater treatment, linear infrastructure including a strong experience in the tunneling practice, industrial water and stormwater management practices. Our capability spans through the whole project lifecycle, comprising conceptual design, feasibility studies, detailed engineering, construction administration, and project management. Position Summary: We are seeking candidates to work as part of our team on a wide range of local, national, and international infrastructure projects for municipal and private sector clients. As a Seller-Doer Water Infrastructure Leader, you will work with Senior Civil Engineers and designers providing innovative engineering solutions to resolve challenging problems faced in our industry. You will help the Water Growth team to identify new opportunities, pursue and execute projects and programs in the Northeast market. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-driven individual who possesses the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team, takes initiative on tasks and coordinating with others, adheres to project deadlines, and demonstrates a good work ethic. As a successful candidate, you will:

Reporting to our US Regional Director you will assist in the growth of the team and identifying opportunities to grow in the Northeast Water Market area.

Support other interdisciplinary groups to develop and enhance our technologies to improve efficiencies in project execution and clients operational challenges.

Manage a team of engineers and lead project execution in a variety of water infrastructure projects relying on subject matter experts to achieve innovative results.

Lead, manage, and execute projects locally or as part of the global team.

Be primary point-of-contact responsible for overall project quality and the timeliness of all tasks

You bring to the role:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).

20 years of previous design experience specializing in stormwater, water, and wastewater planning and design throughout Pittsburgh and the Northeast US.

Registered Professional Engineer license required.

Hands-on experience leading strategic planning projects for multiple similarly sized Pennsylvania municipalities

Experience with InforWater, InfoSewer or Hydraflow, HydroCAD, HECRAS, or equivalent stormwater modeling programs is a strong plus.
