Job Description

General Responsibilities

  • Assist Service Delivery team in building and maintaining a high level of client service.
  • Actively assist service delivery team in all aspects of client life cycle – needs assessment, solutions, negotiations, retention and client growth initiatives.
  • Manage execution and implementation of amendments, additions, SOWs and termination of all Access Data contracts.
  • Identify and resolve workflow issues.
  • You will collaborate with service delivery and implementations team and will need to prepare business review documents and coordinate client implementations, conversions or pre-defined project initiatives.
  • You will create and maintain procedural documentation related to Broadridge client processes.
  • Provide effective, efficient, timely and complete solutions to customers during issue resolution.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients as well as with internal Broadridge personnel.
  • Keep track of issues and ensure proper fixes to address them.
  • Provide feedback on both technical and business issues to Service Delivery, Project Managers and Developers.
  • You will design, develop and update a variety of learning content and educational webinars.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and deliverable.
  • You will help to improve the productivity of the service delivery team while also focusing on reducing the implementation timeline for new product delivery.
  • Assist in the development and production of daily/monthly management reporting.
  • You will quickly assess issues, determine their impact, and identify steps to resolution.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma majoring in either computer science, finance or related fields
  • GPA of 3.25 or higher
